My name is Stan Smith, and I am the "historian" for our team's mission to Pass Christian. This is a shared effort, and a shared site for our team's news and updates. I'm just the guy who writes it up and gets it posted here. It is probably good for me to have this job, as I am maybe the most skill-deprived member of our team, at least when it comes to cool stuff like hanging drywall, doing plumbing or electrical work, and the like. So, I will try and carry some water, drywall, and hammers for my teammates, do some painting, and, hopefully, do some real-time work on this blog in an effort to keep you updated on our progress. Thanks for reading, and especially for your prayers and support.

I live in Saucier, MS and saw a group by this name on WLOX News. I was wondering if you could direct me to any group that is still helping fix homes. My trailor was damaged during Katrina. We've had several groups tell us that they would help, but they've all fallen through. Our trailer had a tree fall on top of it and some windows broke. The tree took out the bottom corner of the trailor, but it think it also did something to the front wall because all of our windows leak and our door dosen't even seal. B/c of this we have mold so bad. We took up the carpet in one room to see the damage and the mold is all along the wall and baseboard, and our kitchen window has caused mold in our cabinets. Our hallway has a hole in the ceiling that's molded from the tree. We have to keep our 7 month old in the same room with us and he can't get on the floor in the kitchen/living room. I would just like to be directed to a group that might be able to help us.
